Shipping and returns
  • What are the conditions to benefit from the free delivery?

    Delivery is free via Relais Colis throughout mainland France for purchases of €50 and over (excluding wallpaper). Find all the information here.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes absolutely, we deliver almost everywhere. If you ever encounter a problem when confirming your order, contact us here.

  • What are the methods, prices and delivery times?

  • I placed an order, how can I track my package?

    To track your package, simply log into your customer account and go to the "my orders" area or click on the link received by email when your order is shipped (remember to check your unwanted emails ).

  • I have a problem with my delivery (parcel lost, not delivered), what is the procedure?

    If you have a problem with the delivery, first check that it has not been received by a neighbour or that it is not simply at the post office near your home. If this is not the case, quickly file a request with the carrier and then send us an email here with your name and order number in the subject line.

  • My package / my products arrived damaged, what should I do?

    Ouch! We take the greatest care in preparing your orders, but a product may have been damaged during transport.
    If you find that the package has arrived damaged, refuse delivery or take a photo of it and file a complaint with the carrier.
    If the package is intact and the products inside are damaged, send us an email, we will answer you as soon as possible.

  • Help, I haven't received my complete order, where is my wallpaper?

    Don't panic, your wallpaper will arrive very soon, but as it is made to order, it does not leave the same warehouse as the rest of your order, which should have already arrived!

  • What if I want to exchange or return a product?

    Exchanges are not possible for logistical reasons. But you can absolutely return a product to us - except for wallpapers which are made to order.
    If you have changed your mind and wish to return the product you have just received, you have 14 working days to return it to us, with its original packaging intact, and in good condition.
    To do your return, go here to specify the items concerned and to receive the email with the return slip to stick on your package.
    Upon receipt and verification of it, we will proceed with the refund. However, the cost of the return remains your responsibility and will be deducted from the amount refunded.
    Please note that all returns that do not respect this process cannot be accepted.
