I have a question: how do I contact you?
-
Where are your products made?
We want to produce in the most responsible way possible.
All our stationery is made in France, mostly in New Aquitaine, as well as our wallpapers in Auvergne Rhône Alpes and our cards in Ile de France.
The information is always specified on the product sheet and you can find out more about manufacturing and our commitments here. -
How to take advantage of the 10% discount when subscribing to our newsletter?
You can take advantage of a 10% discount on your first order by subscribing to our newsletter. You will receive an email a few minutes after your registration with a code to enter in your basket when ordering. Remember to check your unwanted messages, and if you encounter a problem, contact us!
-
The product I want is out of stock. When will there be a restock?
We adjust our quantities to satisfy your orders for a season, and some products are renewed.
However, in order to regularly renew our collections in order to always offer more new designs, it happens that references disappear forever. You can ask to be alerted by email of the return in stock of a product, or contact us if you are looking for your favourite pattern. -
Where to find your physical products?
We have more than 300 resellers in France and around the world. You can therefore come across our products here and there in shops, bookstores, concept stores...
It's hard for us to give you the full list, especially since everyone has their own selection. Find all of our products here on our online site.
And if you have a particular request or a shop to recommend to us to present our products, contact us. -
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, CB, Mastercard, Amex) or by Paypal.
You can also pay via Alma in 3 installments without interest from €250 order in the following countries: France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Italy, Austria, Ireland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
